Course Description:
Designed to teach ESD control techniques for people who work on electronic equipment after it's manufactured. The course is targeted to those highly skilled technicians in service centers and in the field, as well as the IT professionals who work on computers, servers and routers. This educational program explains and demonstrates the physics of ESD, ESD prevention through proper packaging and handling, static producing materials and activities, clothing considerations, personal grounding, ESD safe work areas and ESD field service kits.

Course Time: 21 Minutes

Testing & Certification:
A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student upon completion of the testing requirement of the course. A passing grade of 70% is needed to receive the certificate. The student will be allowed to take the test three times. If a passing grade is not achieved after the third test, the course will be locked and the student will have to repurchase the course.
