Course Description:
This course is specifically designed for managers, maintenance workers, supervisors, salespeople, purchasing staff, and even customers. Tailor-made for all the non-technical personnel who travel through electronic production areas. The program explains and demonstrates exactly what ESD is, what causes it, and how to prevent damage to valuable electronic components. The course covers personal grounding and testing; product handling; static fields; and how to recognize and report unsafe ESD practices. Specifically designed to help non-technical personnel understand what is ESD and how important proper grounding is when moving within the electronic assembly area.

Course Time: 19 Minutes

Testing & Certification:
A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student upon completion of the testing requirement of the course. A passing grade of 70% is needed to receive the certificate. The student will be allowed to take the test three times. If a passing grade is not achieved after the third test, the course will be locked and the student will have to repurchase the course.
